 Renowned wildlife photographer Brian Matthews has visited Tanjung Puting National Park the last 2 years to build his portfolio of orangutan photos and we are delighted that he has become a committed supporter of the Orangutan Foundation in the process.
We would like to congratulate Brian on his recent success in the 2009 BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition. Building on his runner up achievement in the birds category in 2008, Brian came "specially commended" in the portraits section with his photo "Borneo Baby" taken in TPNP last year (click image to enlarge).
