This year Orangutan Foundation and ‘Animals and You’ magazine teamed up for this years annual poster competition, which was held in conjunction with Orangutan Awareness Week. We were overwhelmed with the number of entries for categories 6-9 and 10-12 year olds.
Ex-Blue Peter presenters Konnie Huq and Matt Baker judged the competition and were very impressed by the high standard of entries. They looked for original, fun and creative designs which conveyed a conservation message and portrayed the threats facing orangutans and their rainforest home. Well done to all the winning entries. Winning entries have been published in ‘Animals and You’ No.89 (on sale between December 18th and January 14th ). |
