Orangutan Photographic Trip to Borneo |
|
Orangutan Foundation teamed up with Ian Wood to run a photographic tour in Tanjung Puting National Park. The tour is suitable for anyone with a camera and a love of nature.
Glide down gorgeous rivers and visit orangutan feeding sites and the famous Camp Leakey research centre...see monkeys and birds in their natural habitat and capture on film the memories that can last forever”.

The photography trip is aimed at anyone who would like to develop their photography skills whilst gently exploring the stunning Tanjung Puting National Park. As well as over 4000 orangutans this bio-diversity hotspot is home to 30 other mammal species, 260 types of birds and 17 different reptiles.
The tour is suitable for all levels and above all else the aim is to make the tour fun. We welcome people of any standard and you don’t need any specialist camera equipment; you will get to be so close to the wildlife that a simple digital camera is perfectly sufficient to take stunning photos. Suitable for anyone with a camera and a love of nature.
The group is limited to 6 people and a minimum of £350 per person is donated directly to The Orangutan Foundation.
